Completed implementation of the online platform for submitting applications under the program lines of incentive measures of the Ministry of Economy of Canton Sarajevo
Company MIBO Komunikacije d.o.o. in cooperation with the investor USAID FINRA (Financial Reform Agenda Activity) for the needs of the end user “Ministry of Economy of Canton Sarajevo” successfully completed the process of implementation of the online platform for submitting applications under program lines of incentive measures on the website of the Ministry of Economy of Canton Sarajevo within the agreed deadline.
The main goal of the project is the implementation of an online platform on the website of the Ministry of Economy, which enables all applicants for incentive programs from the Ministry of Economy to register and/or submit applications through the official website in accordance with current rules and regulations. The platform was created in such a way that registrations/applications can only be made by submitting complete documentation and meeting all the defined conditions, which will reduce the number of applicants who, due to technical errors, are not eligible for incentive grant funds.
This project should start the process of implementing the Vision of Digital Administration of the Canton Sarajevo, which implies digitalization in all administrative bodies, administrative organizations and professional services in the Canton Sarajevo, while the digitalization of program incentives in the Ministry of Economy will contribute to the transparency of the spending of budget funds.
